As an innovative and ambitious company in the
sector of drive technolgy, GSC benefits from it´s competent
employees in all departments, starting from the simple warehouseman
to the top-level managers. We don´t just see our employees
as providers of workforce, each one of them is in fact the carrier
of a specific know-how that contributes to our our high-end products
and is therefore a key-success-factor for the company.
Without our skilled and experienced workers at our highly precise
machines it would not be possible to manufacture a high quality
product, despite the ongoing automation of production processes.
In the same way as these workers are responsible for the quality
of the products, the employees in the administration are responsible
for a good relationship between GSC and its partners. They keep
in touch with both suppliers and customers and ensure a quick handling
of administrative proceses.
Every employee contributes to the success of the
whole company. To keep all our employees in touch with latest trends
and changes, we are constantly working on the further education
of our employees, for example in seminars on machines and machining
techniques or seminars on computers and software als well as other
arrangements for further education.
In addition, we also invest into our future. We educate
trainees within apprentice-programs for jobs like industrial clerks
in the administration and mechanics for our production. In cooperation
with the University of Cooperative Education at Horb we also educate
highly skilled mechanical and industrial engineers.
