The primary technology for the manufacturing of gearings is gear
milling. With our modern CNC-controlled gearing machines and our
experienced workers we can apply all common hard and soft machining
techniques to the geared parts. With the automatic loading and unloading
facilities attached to most of our machines, the gearing processes
can be handled semi-automated or fully manual. It is furthermore
possible to apply several gearings to one workpiece
in one clamping and gearing process.
Only the best cutting tools from well-known manufacturers
are used in the gearing process to guarantee excellent cutting qualities
and long lifetime.
For the production of worm gears the tangential system may be used.
