In addition to the complete manufacturing of our customers‘ products, GSC also takes care of the assembly of gearboxes for immediate installation and the module assembly at the customers´ option.
In the assembly process we often use process-monitored hydraulic compactors. With these machines we can precisely join parts and suffiently document the process.

For the testing of gearmotors we have a custom made motor test bench with data evaluation at our disposal. All important electrical characteristics may be inspected and recorded here. On this test bench we normally take 100%-controlls, and with the electronic data evaluation and storage it is possible to conserve this data for many years. This makes it possbile for us to retrieve all important data at all times on the basis of ther serial number of the gearmotor.

Our customers again benefit from the long time experience of our employees with the assembly of gearboxes and modules. The assmembly is working according to strict guidelines to reach a maximum quality and operativeness.
