In order to satisfy the customers‘ requirements in terms of quality and precision of our planetary gearboxes, geared parts and customised drive solutions, the whole production process from the goods receipt and the arrival of the raw materials through to the dispatch of the finished products subject to a permanent and widespread quality control.

„Quality already starts in the product development process“

Even before the first step towards the production is made, quality represents a company dictum. In the stages of design and construction, our engineers form the basis for a cost-efective, quality and production conform product design. Modern 2D/3D CAD and calculation software and their long time experience with client counselling and the development of gearboxes are in support of this task.

When arriving at our goods receipt, samples of all parts and raw materials are drawn and examined. This is necessary to ensure that only first class materials and semi-finished products are used for further production and assembly.

The approved materials are supplied to the production stages. In predefined intervals, production samples are drawn consequently and examined according to detailed quality control plans. The measuring is performed with modern 3-D measuring machinery in our QM-department or directly at the workplace with adequate manual measuring devices. In addition, every worker takes responsibilty for the proper testing with his signature in the control plans.

When manufacturing prototypes and zero-series (initial sample inspection reports according to VDA), higher standards for the examinations are applied. These testings are entirely performed by learned technicians and the most modern measuring devices.

Our employees in the quality department also have up to date CAQ-software, to keep a complete documentation and provide an effective complaints management. A good indicator for our high quality standards is the continous certification by the german DEKRA since 1995, with the last re-certification in May 2009 with DIN EN ISO 9001:2008

Even when your products leave the company headquarters in Eisenbach, our commitment for quality doesn´t end. In case of complaints, the quality department ist standing by to quickly find the faults and identifiy the causes. Efficient complaints handling is an important part of our business, so we say:
