For the manufacturing of inner profiles, GSC uses modern CNC-controlled broaching machines with tractive forces up to 35 tons that apply the required profile to the workpiece surface. For standard profiles like serrations, spline shaft profiles, grooves and similar profiles according to DIN we have a big stock of broaching needles to assure a short production and delivery time.
