Although our gear milling machines already produce high quality
gearings, some gear applications have even higher requirements in
terms of gearing quality and surface quality. In order to offer
such high precision parts, the GSC Schwörer GmbH invested into
the technology of gear grinding years ago. So we can offer more
possibilities to ourcustomers.
Geart grinding offers several advantages. On the one hand,
the pre-milled gearings may be fitted in the dimensions of micrometers
to fulfill the requirements for high precision applications. On
the other hand, special gear profiles like convex gear heads and
variant tooth forms can be applied to the geared parts. Another
advantage is the high quality of the ground gear surfaces, which
reduces the noise development of meshing gears.
